About the Army Training Center

The philosophy behind the Army Training Center is simple: to provide you, the member of the Vast Empire Stormtrooper Corps, with the information you need to be the best possible trooper you can. We do not expect you to remember every piece of information available here. We also do not expect it to be a complete coverage of any particular subject matter. The ATC is merely to be a foundation for your continuing experience in the Vast Empire, be it as a new recruit or a grizzled veteran.

Granted, much of this information plays more towards the writer or role-player than to the strict gamer. Does that make it any less important to that particular audience? I would hope not. Aside from the few images of roving squads of inept-shooting stormtroopers, the visual take on the character type you chose to create in the Star Wars movies is woefully inadequate when considering that the masses of white armor hold together an Empire. Much of the books written since have been only slightly more favorable. I have always considered the threat the Rebellion faced to be at least worthy of the challenge.

If nothing else, I hope to provide you with an idea of the skill set needed to run the combat arms of any army, even a virtual one based on the creations of a certain guy named George.
